Need help with a case, spotted something odd, or have a question about your account? Write to [email protected]. English and Dutch are both welcome.
What to write about
Feedback is useful at every stage: a clue that sounds ambiguous, a name that is difficult to read, an idea for making the game clearer, or a feature that does not behave as expected. If a puzzle seems impossible, please include its mode, difficulty and date (or the shared link). That lets us reproduce the exact generated grid.
Bug reports and account help
For a technical problem, tell us what you expected, what happened instead, your device and browser, and a screenshot if you can share one. Never send a password — Didn't Do It does not use passwords. For sign-in or progress questions, write from the email address connected to the account where possible.
Privacy and data requests
You can ask what personal data is held about you, or ask for it to be erased, at the same address. Account deletion is also available directly in the account panel. See the privacy page for what the game stores and why.
Before you write
The how-to-play guide explains every clue type and the two optional help tools. It is a good first stop when two names are still standing or a clue is hard to interpret.
A small independent game
Didn't Do It is made and run by one person in the Netherlands. There is no call centre or automated support queue; every message is read by a person. Please allow a little time for a reply.
